Microwave for 30 to<br \/>\n60 seconds.<br \/>\n02 &#8211; Cut the cake to fit the shape of the tin.\u3000(For 2 layers)<br \/>\n03 &#8211; For the Chantilly cream with anko, whisk the<br \/>\ncream and red bean paste together .<br \/>\n04 &#8211; For the Chantilly cream with matcha, mix the\u3000sugar with the matcha powder, then fold the\u3000mixture into the cream and whisk.<br \/>\n05 &#8211; Hull the strawberries and cut into quarters for\u3000the garnish (about 10 &#8211; 12 strawberries).<br \/>\n06 &#8211; Place the single layer of sponge cake in the tin\u3000then brush with half of the syrup.<br \/>\n07 &#8211; Add (03) to (06) and spread with a spatula.<br \/>\n08 &#8211; Add (04) and (05), then spread.<br \/>\n09 &#8211; Cover (08) with the second layer sponge cake\u3000and drizzle over the remaining syrup.<br \/>\n10 &#8211; Completely cover the\u3000surface with whipped\u3000Chantilly cream made\u3000with cream (100ml)\u3000and sugar (10g).<br \/>\n11 &#8211; Dust with matcha powder\u3000and decorate with the remaining strawberries.<br \/>\n12 &#8211; Leave to stand in a cool place for about 30\u3000minutes.
