I love this dressing so much that I always make a lot and keep a bottle in the fridge. The intense aroma of soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil blended with grated ginger is almost intoxicating. It is definitely worthwhile skinning the tomato as this greatly improves the texture, becoming so smooth that it melts in your mouth. You will find yourself making another one before you know it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\nServes 2<br \/>\n2 Tomatoes<br \/>\n\u00bc Box Salad Cress<br \/>\nJapanese Salad Dressing<br \/>\n\u25cf 2 tsp Yutaka Japanese Rice Vinegar<br \/>\n\u25cf 2 tsp Yutaka Organic Tamari Soy Sauce<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 tsp Sesame Oil<br \/>\n\u25cf \u00bc tsp Salt<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 tsp Sugar<br \/>\n\u25cf 1tsp Grated<br \/>\n\u25cf Fresh Ginger<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to prepare:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. To make Japanese salad dressing, place all the ingredients in a glass and mix well. If you do not have a grater, chop the ginger finely instead. (photo \u2013 dressing in a glass)<br \/>\n2. To easily skin the tomatoes, drop them gently into a bowl of boiling hot water and then drain after soaking for one minute.. (tomato in hot water)<br \/>\n3. Make a small incision on the tomato with the tip of the knife. The skin should peel away easily by hand. (photo \u2013 half peeled tomato on chopping board)<br \/>\n4. Slice the tomato finely on the chopping board, while maintaining its original shape if you can.
