Starting with tea at 10.15am, this special Yamadanishiki Edition sake masterclass will focus on the origins and cultivation of Yamadanishiki rice, famous for its use in creating high quality sakes. The history, culture and production of sake will also be covered. Guests will try a number of different sakes made from Yamadanishiki rice, including an iconic super-premium sake. The masterclass includes lunch and a gift bag on departure, including a small bottle of sake and a traditional Japanese kikichoko ‘snake eye’ sake cup.
