RECIPE
In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the minced pork, tofu, cornflour and salt.
01 – Divide the mixture into two oval shapes.
02 – Place 01 in a heat-resistant glass container.
03 – Cover with cling film and heat in the microwave at 500W for 4 minutes.
04 – Meanwhile, chop the peppers and separate shimeji mushrooms.
05 – Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
06 – Turn the hamburgers over, then arrange the peppers and mushrooms on top.
07 – Add the sauce, cover with cling film and heat in the microwave at 500W for 5-6 minutes.
08 – Serve.
INGREDIENTS (for 2)
• 200 g minced pork
• 200 g tofu
• 1 tablespoon cornflour
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 bunch shimeji mushrooms
• 1/3 sweet red pepper
• 1 sweet green pepper
For the sauce:
• 1 tablespoon cornflour
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 100 ml water
