No.94 [HARUYO RECIPE] Ingen to gyuniku no nikomi (Braised beef with beans)

RECIPE

01 – Cut the beans into 3-4 cm long pieces and the ginger into matchsticks.
02 – Heat the beef, soy sauce, sugar and sake in a pan.

03 – Remove the beef and add the beans and ginger. Cook for 10-15 mins.
04 – Return the cooked beef to the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

05 – Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS (for 4)

• 250 g minced beef
• 400 g French beans
• 1 piece of ginger
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons sake

Tips
You can use other vegetables like sweet peppers, carrots, onions or aubergines for this simple and delicious dish.
